Yes. MelonFrame is covered by a 2-year legal warranty for consumer purchases, covering manufacturing defects and products that are faulty.
If your MelonFrame has a covered issue, please contact us and we will work with you on an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.
We may also provide over-the-air (OTA) software updates to improve functionality, security, and stability and to address software bugs where possible.
